Requirements
- Member, or working towards membership, of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent, recognised body
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Extensive experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts such as NEC, ICC, FIDIC, or JCT
- Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues
