Senior Mechanical Engineer - Industrial

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and work on various Mechanical Engineer and Process Engineering projects in the industrial, chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Familiarity with requirements of cGMP and regulatory guidelines and clean design practices
• Experience with writing specifications for piping systems including utility and clean utilities
• Familiarity with the IBC, IFC, NFPA and OSHA as it relates to manufacturing facilities and hazardous materials
• Familiarity with Industrial Ventilation principals and understanding of HVAC systems
• Experience with recognizing and handling combustible dusts
• Experience with start-up and commissioning of mechanical and process systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented, with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously
