Requirements
- Drive business growth by identifying and converting strategic opportunities into tangible outcomes, while providing trusted leadership and decision-making within teams and across business units.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs while building capability within the team and broader business unit.
- Possess strong foundational knowledge of system integration (technology, process and workflow, collaboration, compliance, and safety) across multi-discipline designs, along with a solid grasp of technical management processes and investigative approaches.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the principles and practices of coastal engineering, coastal hydrodynamics, wave theory, and sediment transport mechanics.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of assurance and compliance principles as defined and applied within the relevant industry context.
- Familiar with evidence required for bids and able to supply evidence of improvements/developments in the technological field.
