Job Description
We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor with Pre and Post Contract experience on Infrastructure projects. The role involves administering the NEC suite of contracts, commercially managing Infrastructure projects, and working on multiple teams and stakeholders. Requirements
- Quantity surveying/commercial degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administering the NEC suite of contracts
- Experience in commercially managing Infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of standard methods of measurement – Highways and CESMM
- Good understanding of procurement documents required in the preparation of an ITT
- Experience in managing medium size projects with little supervision
- Experience in using the full suite on Microsoft software
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proven record in working within multiple teams and stakeholders
