Job Description
Become a vital member of our Complex Projects team and take on some of the world's most exciting and prestigious projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. We're looking for a well-rounded individual with Pre and Post Contract experience on Infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Quantity surveying / commercial degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administering the NEC suite of contracts
- Commercially managing Infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of the standard methods of measurement – Highways and CESMM
- Good understanding of procurement documents required in the preparation of an ITT
- Good understanding of construction techniques and technology
- Experience in managing medium size projects with little supervision
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proven record in working within multiple teams and stakeholders
- Natural curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions
- Experience in compiling the full suite of ITT documents
- Project and technical leadership
- Mentoring and coaching junior staff
- Proven record of developing client relationships
- Interest in Business and Account Management
