Job Description
Join our Complex Projects team as a Quantity Surveyor and shape the highways of tomorrow. We're looking for a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor with Pre and Post Contract experience on Infrastructure projects. This role involves commercially managing Infrastructure projects, administering the NEC suite of contracts, and developing innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Quantity surveying/commercial degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administering the NEC suite of contracts
- Experience in commercially managing Infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of standard methods of measurement – Highways and CESMM
- Good understanding of construction techniques and technology
- Experience in managing medium-sized projects with little supervision
- Experience in the use of Microsoft software
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proven record in working with multiple teams and stakeholders
