Requirements

• B.S./M.S in Engineering (Civil)
• 6-10 years Highway experience (design and construction)
• P. E. license is required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Solid oral and written communications skills
• Experience using MicroStation and Open Roads Designer
• Experience using Auto TURN
