Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead a team of engineers and technicians on various bridge and transportation structure projects. You'll be responsible for project management, structural lead, and design of bridges and structures, as well as collaboration with other disciplines and business development. Experience with Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code and American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association Code is an asset.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with a structural major)
- Registered as Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with PEO
- 10+ years of experience in engineering practice in analysis and design of various types of bridge and transportation structures
- Experience with reviewing condition survey reports and making recommendations for rehabilitation strategy
- Proficient in SAP 2000, CSI Bridge, MIDAS, Staad Pro, ETABS, Bentley ProjectWise and Microsoft Office applications
