Requirements
- Degree or higher degree level in a relevant subject (Engineering, Sustainable Energy, Building Services Engineering, Sustainable Development etc.)
- Chartered status and/or full or fellow membership of a recognized relevant professional body
- 11+ years' experience in sustainability development projects and buildings, including project management and business development experience
- Experience in leading projects related to sustainability framework and strategy formulation, decarbonization strategies and roadmaps, NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/station design strategies, building life-cycle assessments, and other sustainable design and advisory services
- Relevant technical experience and knowledge of whole-life carbon assessment, analytical tools for embodied and operational carbon, carbon accounting, Net Zero Carbon roadmap for large-scale portfolios
- Experience in leading projects involving green building certifications such as LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, WELL, etc.
- One of the following credentials: LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with specialty, Mostadam, Estidama credentials, WELL Accredited Professional, Low Carbon Consultant/Low Carbon Assessor, Residential/Commercial Energy Auditor, or other credentials focused on sustainability and sustainable development
