Job Description
AtkinsRĂ©alis is seeking a Technical Manager - Civil Engineering to manage the design process from concept to detailed design of Civil and Structural Systems. The role involves managing a team of civil and structural engineering professionals and ensuring work is conducted in accordance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field from an accredited University.
- Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario with good standing.
- 10+ years’ experience supporting various types of projects including engineering services, refurbishments, and/or new build construction projects.
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams is required.
- Working knowledge of nuclear codes and standards, including CSA N286, CSA N285.0, CSA N289, ASME BPVC Section III Division 1 and ASME B31.1.
- Eligible to obtain Security Clearance with Public Services and Procurement Canada.
