Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Keyholder who can handle curveballs and ensure the store is in tip-top shape. The role involves educating customers about cannabis products, engaging with customers, and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid SellSafe certification
- Valid Qualified Cannabis Worker certification
- Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
