Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis.
Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
