Store Supervisor

Provide supports to management of a multimillion-dollar business unit, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Work in a team atmosphere that is busy and challenging, but always aims to be co-operative and fun. Assist in all operational duties, including stocking and merchandising of store, managing communication, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1-year experience in retail environment
• 1-year supervisory experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ProServe/Serving It Right Certification
• First-Aid Certificate (considered an asset)
• Training in wine/beer/spirits (preferred, not required)
• Self-motivated
• Customer service driven
• Effective teamwork skills
• Strong sales background
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Background Check
• Reliable transportation
