Job Description
Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant within the Intellectual Property (IP) department in our Orange County office. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to attorneys, patent agents, and paralegals in an intellectual property law practice.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of administrative experience in a law firm or legal department, with IP experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with IP docketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
