Job Description
Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Private Client Services Practice Group in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customized estate planning, probate and trust administration, and litigation support for private client matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant
- Experience in customized estate planning, probate and trust administration, and litigation support for private client matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
