Legal Administrative Assistant Private Client Services

We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Services Practice Group in Phoenix. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to attorneys, manage files, and ensure seamless workflow and time management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant within a mid-size law firm
• Experience with customized estate planning, probate and trust administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
