Job Description
We are seeking an Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep to make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM, set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team, and log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B)
- Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace
- Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proficient in using MS Office tools – mainly Excel
