Snorkel is looking for an Operations Manager to support the acquisition of Expert Contributors across domains. The role will be responsible for driving operational execution, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and building systems and processes to enable scalable supply.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, growth, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
