Snorkel AI is seeking a Principal Growth Marketing Manager to reimagine how the company generates and accelerates pipeline. The role involves designing and owning a growth engine that goes beyond traditional demand gen, leveraging product signals, community engagement, thought leadership, and AI-native tooling to reach technical buyers.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- A track record of building and scaling programs that directly and measurably drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience moving beyond traditional MQL models toward signal-based, intent-driven, or product-led growth motions
- Deep comfort with data and hands-on proficiency with modern marketing and sales tools
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise or highly technical buyer personas
- Strong creative instincts and comfort operating in ambiguity
