Job Description
As the Enablement Data & Insights Senior Manager, you will be responsible for transforming raw data from GTM and enablement platforms into actionable insights that measure, optimize, and predict the effectiveness of our sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and/or Python
- Hands-on, demonstrated expertise building insightful data visualizations and reporting tools in BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Deep functional understanding of the key metrics and motions for tech sales roles
- Direct experience leading a large-scale data initiative like 'Learner 360'
- Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from key enablement platforms
