Senior Analyst, People & Legal Analytics

At Snowflake, we're looking for a Senior Analyst to build AI-powered experiences for HR and Legal teams, using Snowflake Cortex and other tools to design and deliver conversational analytics experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with the modern data stack: tools like dbt, Airflow, and Git as part of a collaborative engineering workflow
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Data quality instincts
• Curiosity about AI and where it's going
