Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to work with the sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, and close large deals. The role involves presenting Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors, working hands-on with prospects and customers, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake's products and marketing.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in a pre-sales environment
- Outstanding presenting skills
- Broad range of experience within large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Masters in Data Science or Business Administration is a plus
