Job Description
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. The Technical Delivery Director role is part of the Snowflake Services Delivery Team, which accelerates customer adoption and drives customer business objectives. The role is responsible for leading teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architect teams to deliver best-in-class consulting and implementation services.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields
- Strong management consulting experience and skills
- 15+ years of SD delivery experience
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technologies
- Proven track record of building and leading highly technical teams
- Ability to identify process improvement areas and prioritize areas of improvement and optimization
- Experience identifying potential risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables
- Executive stakeholder presence; internal and external
- Ability to forecast and achieve or exceed delivery metrics
