Job Description
We are seeking 1 to 2 experienced recruiters who specialize in TS/SCI Full Scope talent. This is a high-impact opportunity for recruiters who are already embedded in the cleared technical community and maintain active relationships with senior-level cleared professionals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience placing TS/SCI candidates
- Strong familiarity with Full Scope Poly requirements
- Established, active network within the cleared community
- Ability to generate qualified introductions within 14 days
- Comfortable operating independently
- Urgency-driven and highly responsive
