We are seeking a creative strategist to develop and execute creative strategies that support client growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing, and a track record of producing high-performing Meta/TikTok creative. The role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, commercially-minded mindset.
Requirements
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligned to client goals and platform best practices.
- Analyse creative performance data and turn it into clear insights, testing plans, and next steps that guide continuous improvement.
- Concept, script, and brief a wide range of assets, including UGC, high-production content, design, and motion.
- Build and deliver detailed and actionable creative briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure all creative work is on-brand, aligned with strategy, and performance-led.
- Present creative thinking, insights, and recommendations to clients with growing confidence and clarity.
- Stay on top of platform trends, consumer behaviour, competitor shifts, and emerging formats to fuel concept development.
- Manage multiple client projects with organisation, speed, and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to improving internal creative processes by sharing learnings, identifying performance patterns, and suggesting optimisations.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients by surfacing insights early, flagging risks before they escalate, and consistently guiding them on priorities and expectations
- Demonstrated experience leading editors and designers by providing clear direction, structured feedback, and performance context to ensure all creative output aligns with strategy and quality standards
