Creative Strategist (Performance Creative)

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands. The role involves owning creative direction and performance across multiple client accounts, developing high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok, and working closely with designers, producers, media buyers, and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven, and executed to a high standard.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience in paid social, creative strategy, content or performance marketing (agency experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions
• Excellent written communication and briefing skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• A strong interest in buyer psychology, storytelling, and conversion-driven content
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
