The Soar Group is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead pods and manage high-value accounts in the e-commerce industry. The role requires experience in agency account management, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of performance creative and UGC. The ideal candidate will be a true manager, standards-driven, accountable, and a role model.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in agency account management
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers
- Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC, and launch cycles
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence running senior client conversations independently
- Calm authority
