We are looking for a Video Producer to own the operational engine behind our Manchester production output. This is a production management role that requires strong organisational skills, experience managing production budgets and shoot schedules, and excellent communication skills. The role involves line-managing a crew, managing pre-production, shoot-day operations, and post-shoot feedback. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who takes ownership of logistics and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in a production role, ideally within an agency, commercial, or branded content environment
- Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Proven experience managing production budgets and shoot schedules across multiple productions simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills across clients, crew, and internal teams
- Calm under pressure with a track record of solving problems quickly on set
- A working understanding of social-first content formats (Meta, TikTok) and what makes performance creative effective
- Experience in D2C, advertising, or branded content production is strongly preferred
- Preferred but not essential: experience working with performance or direct-response advertising content, familiarity with production and project management tools (Notion, Frame.io, or similar)
