Sobi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Head for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE+) region to lead our regional medical affairs strategy across a diverse and evolving landscape.

Requirements

• Proven medical leader with a track record of strategic thinking and high agility
• Results-driven with strong project management and planning skills
• Demonstrated leadership in complex organizational structures (cluster or large country level)
• Experience in companies recognized for leadership in hematology, oncology, immunology, or rare diseases
• Commercial mindset with a strong sense of impact on business and patient outcomes
