Manager, Royalty Collections

SOCAN is a not-for-profit copyright collective that is hiring a Manager, Royalty Collections to oversee the timely collection, validation, and accuracy of royalty reports from licensed accounts and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, royalty administration, licensing, or revenue operations, including responsibility for complex, high-volume transactions.
• 2–3 years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success in coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
