Job Description
We’re Hiring! Product Manager, Portal & Member Services. Own and evolve our Member Portal and related digital products. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or portal based products
- 3 years of experience working with complex, data driven systems
- Post secondary education in computer science, product management or other related field
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision making skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex workflows
