Job Description
SOCAN is a not-for-profit copyright collective dedicated to ensuring music creators and publishers receive what they have rightfully earned for the use of their work. As a Talent and Human Resource Business Partner, your primary focus is to provide talent acquisition consultation to all SOCAN business units and affiliated companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
- HR experience, an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, e.g. Dayforce.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL, SHRP, PHR, SPHR), an asset
- Fluent in French, an asset
