We are looking for two all-round Commercial Teamleads: one for Sales Support and one for Partner Support. The teamlead will lead, coach, and develop a commercial in-house service team, conduct recruitment, progress, evaluation, and development interviews, steer towards KPIs, commercial objectives, and quality standards, and more.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or in a comparable leadership role
- Extensive experience with conducting goal, evaluation, and development interviews
- People-oriented, but never lose sight of the process side
- Commercial mindset and understand how your team impacts revenue and partner satisfaction
- Ability to make decisions and cut through knots
- Ability to distinguish between main and minor issues and bring calm and focus to the team
- Ability to keep an overview and bring calm in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in the Dutch language in both word and writing
