The Social Science Research Council (SSRC) is seeking a program assistant to support program operations across the organization. The role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with data, and reporting, supporting knowledge-based efforts to enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, non-profit management, public administration, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize daily activities to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (including MS Word and MS Excel) and general comfort with a contemporary office computing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with social media applications and content creation
- Ability and willingness to travel to conferences and events
