Job Description
This is a hybrid position based in our Chicago/O’Hare Area office. The role supports and owns key functional aspects of the implementation and ongoing use of SOA’s Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual learning programs portfolio.

- Content upload and maintenance
- Proactive identification of LMS features and functionality to improve learning delivery
- Quality checks on content, workflows, and learner-facing functionality
- Data analysis and reporting
- Technical issue escalation and resolution
