Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Governance, Information Science, (Strategic) Management, (Commercial) Economics, HR, or Facility Management
• Practical experience in change management or process optimizations (plus)
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
