Business Traineeship

We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented individual to advise organizations on optimization and development of business processes and systems. The Business IT Traineeship of People X is a 1.5-year traineeship that includes theoretical and practical training, certifications, and guidance from a personal Talent Manager.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Communication, Business Studies, Governance, Information Science, (Strategic) Management, (Commercial) Economics, HR, Facility Management, or another relevant study
• Practical experience from studies or internship with change management or process optimizations
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
