Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in the food services, facilities management, or environmental services sectors.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong financial management skills, with ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Bilingual (French and English) language skills are required.
