As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our regional operations team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service across our corporate, campus, and health sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in the food services, facilities management, or environmental services sectors.
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong financial management skills, with ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Bilingual (French and English) language skills are required.
