The successful candidate will support the General Manager in managing services, introducing innovative solutions, and sharing responsibility for financial and administrative management. The role requires 3-4 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager/Hotelier and post-secondary education in business, hospitality, and food service.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager/Hotelier
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, and food service
- Culinary certification is an asset
- Experience or accreditation in food service, concierge, and hotel management
- Computer skills (Excel mastery)
- Experience with remote camp management
- Good knowledge of health and safety, quality control
- Contract management and continuous improvement
- A keen sense of finances and contract management
- Good oral and written communication skills, bilingualism is an asset
