We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our remote site in Quebec, Canada. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring client satisfaction and creating a positive work environment to achieve set goals.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager/Hotel Manager
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field
- Culinary certification is an asset
- Experience or accreditation in restaurant, concierge, or related services
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer software
- Experience in managing remote campsites and good knowledge of health and safety, quality control
- Contract management and continuous improvement
- Strong financial management and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills, bilingualism is an asset
