Attorney Insurance Defense

Sodoro Law Group is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our defense practice. This role may be structured as full-time or part-time and is ideal for an attorney seeking flexibility while maintaining an active, meaningful litigation caseload.

Requirements

• Manage defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop strategic defense strategies
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare witnesses and evidence for hearings, trial, and ADR
• Communicate strategy, risk analysis, and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and claims professionals
