Accounting Policy Manager

The Accounting Policy Manager will support the Company’s accounting policy function, documenting technical accounting conclusions and developing and maintaining accounting policies. The role reports to the Accounting Director, Policy and M&A, and will be part of the SEC Reporting & Policy Controllership team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a combination of public and industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations and research proficiency in the applicable literature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to digest complex information quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present accounting concepts and principles to non-accountants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
