Lock Desk Analyst

The Lock Desk Analyst is responsible for enforcing SoFi company policies and procedures related to rate locks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with loan pricing standards. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in the mortgage industry, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Finance, Economics, or another related field
• 2+ years in the mortgage industry
• 2 + years of Encompass experience
• 2+ years of Optimal Blue experience
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• General knowledge of financial markets
• Knowledge of TRID guidelines
