We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Post Closer with strong investor loan delivery experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing, validating, and delivering investor-ready loan packages with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Requirements

• Document review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Preparing, validating, and delivering final loan packages to investors within required timeframes, ensuring adherence to investor-specific guidelines and purchase eligibility standards.
• Data entry and maintenance of loan information in the company's loan processing system.
• Communication with internal and external parties regarding post-closing documentation, investor suspense conditions, and delivery-related issues.
• Issue resolution, including discrepancies, investor conditions, and post-closing defects to ensure timely and accurate loan delivery.
• Compliance with federal, state, and company policies, including mortgage regulations and investor guidelines.
• Quality control reviews of closed loan files to ensure they meet both investor delivery requirements and regulatory standards.
• File management and maintenance of organized and efficient electronic filing systems for all post-closing and investor delivery documentation.
• Reporting and generating reports related to post-closing performance, delivery pipelines, suspense items, and investor funding timelines.
