Senior Mobile Engineer, Member Growth

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join the Member Growth engineering team at SoFi. The ideal candidate is collaborative, product-minded, and pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of both the code and finished product.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and test high-quality Flutter mobile features and components.
• Translate product requirements and user stories into clear, maintainable mobile implementations.
• Own delivery of medium-to-large features from development through release.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship growth initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions, contributing to team quality and consistency/
• Support other engineers through design and code reviews, pairing programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobile reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Take initiative and produce timely results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies and interface with team members to bring a product idea to fruition in the mobile app.
