Requirements
- College diploma (AEC) in management or equivalent field
- 3-5 years of experience in supervising teams of employees, preferably in the food industry and with unionized staff
- Experience in meat transformation or in the poultry sector is a significant asset
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, SST, and management practices
- Proactivity, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and judgment
- Positive leadership orientation towards mobilizing employees, engagement, and performance management
- Computer knowledge (MS Office Suite, JDE, Kronos) or equivalent tool
- Bilingualism in French and English is desired due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with partners and knowledge of Spanish is a significant asset
