Representative, Accounts Receivable (Bilingual)

We are a software-focused IT solutions and services provider that equips organizations to be agile and innovative. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a positive attitude to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Requirements

• Contact business-to-business (B2B) customers via phone/email/fax to discuss outstanding invoices and billing issues
• Manage collections portfolio ranging from 300-600 accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts and champion Softchoice's receivable policy
• Work with internal departments to pro-actively troubleshoot payment issues
• Document and track collections activity and work from monthly aging report
• Manage individual and department monthly receivable targets
