Requirements
- Completed degree or training in social education, social work, psychology, coaching, health management, or comparable
- Experience in working with people in complex life situations
- Knowledge of psychosocial counseling, health promotion, and labor market integration
- Digital competence and ability to establish trusting relationships online
- Clarity, empathy, and ability to provide orientation even in challenging situations
- Confidence in dealing with contact persons at the job center and ability to communicate professionally
