Job Description
Softeta is looking for a Data Warehouse Support Specialist to monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment, troubleshoot ETL and performance challenges, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure rapid incident resolution.
Requirements
- Proactively monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment daily
- Drive the successful execution and punctual completion of all End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) processes
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to ETL jobs, data loading, and performance issues
- Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Hands-on experience with Relational Database development using Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and ETL processes
- Proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of EOD/EOM business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
