Job Description
SoftNice is seeking a candidate with experience in server virtualization environments (VMware vSphere 4), Storage Area Networks (SANs), and Active Directory group policy configuration. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for Intel Servers, DNS, DHCP, VLAN administration, and experience with Local Area Network and Wide Area Network (WAN).
Requirements
- Experience with server virtualization environments (VMware vSphere 4)
- Storage Area Networks (SANs)
- Active Directory group policy configuration
- Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for Intel Servers
- DNS, DHCP, VLAN administration
- Experience with Local Area Network and Wide Area Network (WAN)
- Experience with General Network Infrastructure (Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, cabling)
- Experience with wireless technologies including radio frequency technologies (preferred)
- Firewall administration. Configure and control remote access (VPN)
- Troubleshoot network and operating systems
